What is the class refund policy?
Refund Policy: The class registration fee is non-refundable. Requests to change / cancel a class must be submitted by email to [email protected] Class refund in full less a $45 admin fee. Change / cancellation requests deadline 20 January 2025. No refunds will be issued after 20 January 2025.

Can I book classes at the event?
Yes but availability is limited. We recommend planning ahead to secure your seat.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes AMQF entry tickets to the AMQF retail hall are available online and at the door.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes you can.
Is there food available?
Yes full café facilities offering a range of beverages, snacks and food.
What is the AMQF Social Club?
The AMQF Social Club is new for 2025. There are lots of activities from daily gatherings to special presentations. Find out more details here.

What time do the Student Registration / Information Desk open?
The Student Information Desk is located at the event entrance via the Duncan Gallery. The Student Information Desk will open 30mins before the first class each day. Student Information Desk opening times: Thursday 8am Friday 7.30am Saturday 7.30am Sunday 8am
